1. The promoter

• This is a game of chance. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older and resident in New South Wales, Australia.
• One entry per person and one vote per email address. Duplicate or automated entries are void.
• Employees and contractors of the promoter, and their immediate families, may vote but are not eligible to win a prize.

3. Competition period

• Entries open Monday 21 September 2026.
• Entries and email confirmations close 6.00pm Thursday 29 October 2026 (Sydney time). Unconfirmed entries received after this time are not counted.

4. How to enter

• Select one costume, then submit your name, email address and NSW postcode.
• Click the confirmation link emailed to you. Only confirmed entries are counted as a vote and entered into the draw.

5. Prizes

• $1,090 total prize pool, awarded as eight separate prizes.
• Family Ghost Tour Certificates #1: for 2 adults and up to 4 children, to come on our Ghosts, Gravestones and Goosebumps tour or our Christmas Ghost Tours. Valued at $140.00
• Family Ghost Tour Certificates #2: for 2 adults and up to 4 children, to come on our Ghosts, Gravestones and Goosebumps tour or our Christmas Ghost Tours. Valued at $140.00
• Family Ghost Tour Certificates #3: for 2 adults and up to 4 children, to come on our Ghosts, Gravestones and Goosebumps tour or our Christmas Ghost Tours. Valued at $140.00
• Group gift certificate #1: Six adult tickets for either Ghouls Night Out or Haunted Sydney Ghost Tour. Valued at $200.
• Group gift certificate #2: Six adult tickets for either Ghouls Night Out or Haunted Sydney Ghost Tour. Valued at $200.
• Couples gift certificate #1: Two adult tickets for either Ghouls Night Out or Haunted Sydney Ghost Tour. Valued at $90.
• Couples gift certificate #2: Two adult tickets for either Ghouls Night Out or Haunted Sydney Ghost Tour. Valued at $90.
• Couples gift certificate #3: Two adult tickets for either Ghouls Night Out or Haunted Sydney Ghost Tour. Valued at $90.
• Prizes are awarded as gift certificates, are not transferable for cash, and are valid for twelve months from issue.
• Gift certificates are redeemable on regular scheduled tours only and cannot be used for the Halloween 2026 sessions or other special events.
• All prizes are subject to tour availability and the promoter's standard booking terms.

6. The draw

• Eight winning entries are drawn at random from all confirmed entries at 7.00pm Thursday 29 October 2026, Cammeray Square, Cammeray.
• Prizes are allocated in draw order: entries 1-3 receive the Family Ghost Tour Certificates, entries 4-5 the group gift certificates, and entries 6-8 the couples gift certificates.
• Winners are notified by email to the address used to enter, within two business days of the draw.
• Winners must claim their prize by replying to that email by 4.00pm Friday 13 November 2026.
• Any prize not claimed by that time is forfeited and redrawn at 4.00pm Saturday 14 November 2026, Cammeray Square, Cammeray, with the same notification and claim process.

7. The costume result

• All costume images on this page are AI-generated and are not photographs of Hera.

8. General

• The promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms.
• The promoter is not responsible for entries or confirmation emails lost, delayed or misdirected for technical reasons outside its control.
• If the competition cannot be run as planned, the promoter may vary, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable NSW law.
• By entering, you agree to these terms and to the handling of your details as described in the competition privacy notice.

We explain exactly what we collect, why, and how long we keep it in the separate competition privacy notice. It forms part of these terms.
