Halloween 2026 — 240 tickets, two nights, then it's over
Halloween Ghost Tours Sydney 2026
Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, which happens roughly once every seven, so we're running two nights instead of pretending one is enough.
Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October. Three tours a night, 40 tickets a tour, 240 tickets all up. When they're gone they're gone, and we don't add extra sessions because the history doesn't get any bigger.
Sydney's scariest walk that isn't Oxford Street at 3am. Real research, real records, real locations. Nobody jumps out at you. It's worse than that.

Three sessions, two nights
The Family Tour — 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Trick-or-treating is done by six. The night isn't.
By 6pm the buckets are full, the kids have eaten their body weight in fun-size Mars Bars, and bedtime is a theory nobody believes in. Every other Halloween event in town is for adults. This is where the evening goes next.
Two hours of genuine Sydney history told properly, pitched so a twelve-year-old stays interested and the adults don't feel like they're at an assembly. The stories are true. That's the part that gets them.
Child $28 · Teen $38 · Adult concession $45 · Adult $55
- Child (9-12): $28.00 AUD
- Teen (13-17): $38.00 AUD
- Adult concession: $45.00 AUD
- Adult: $55.00 AUD
Ages 9 and up, with a responsible adult. Booking rule: at least 1 adult for every 3 children or teens.
Available Friday 30 October 2026 and Saturday 31 October 2026. 40 tickets per session.
Ghouls Night Out — 8:15pm - 10:30pm
Adults only, and the stories are told without the edges filed off.
Same streets, no editing. The deaths, the inquests, the coroners' findings and the bits we leave out when there are ten-year-olds in the group.
Two hours of real history, and one hour of your mate insisting she wasn't scared. BYO scepticism. We'll take it off you at the gate.
$70 per person
18+ only. Adults only. No concession rate on this session.
Available Friday 30 October 2026 and Saturday 31 October 2026. 40 tickets per session.
The Graveyard Shift — 11:15pm - 1:30am
Finishing at 1:30am is the point, not the catch.
The premium tour, and the one that sells out first every year. It starts when the last bus has more or less given up and ends at half past one in the morning, because that is when these locations stop performing and simply sit there being what they are.
Longer at each site. Fewer jokes, though not none. The archival material we don't hand around at 6pm. If you're the sort of person who reads the coroner's report to the end, this is your session.
$85 per person
18+ only. Adults only. No concession rate. Expect to be walking at 1am.
Available Friday 30 October 2026 and Saturday 31 October 2026. 40 tickets per session.
What this actually is
A guided walking tour on foot, outdoors, at night, through real locations with real recorded histories: inquest transcripts, newspaper archives, cemetery records and council files. We've been doing this since 2008 and we've never once needed someone in a mask behind a bin.
There are no actors, no jump scares and no props. What there is: about 2 kilometres of flat-to-gently-sloping footpath over two hours, several long stops, and a guide who has read every source out loud so you don't have to.
- Meeting point: Cammeray Square, Cammeray — exact spot confirmed in your booking email
- Distance: Roughly 2km on foot, with plenty of standing stops
- What to wear: Closed shoes you can walk in and a warm layer — it gets cold once you stop moving
- Bring: A charged phone, water, and a jacket you don't mind sitting on a sandstone step in
Groups, hen's nights and the office Halloween thing
Hen's nights, birthdays, work nights out: a ghost tour is the rare group activity where nobody has to be good at anything. No karaoke. No mini golf scorecard. Just walking, listening and one person in the group who insists they felt something.
Friday 30 October is the night to take if you're organising something for work. It's a Friday, nobody has to be anywhere the next morning, and it's a considerably better use of the budget than a function room with a fog machine.
Groups of 8 or more, or after a private session on either night? click here! and we'll sort it out properly.
